Actress Priyamani, who entered Kannada films with Puneet Rajkumar's Raam, has dismissed reports that she has been roped in to star in R Shankare Gowda's next film Kanwarlal, which is directed by Sudeep. It was reported earlier that the actress was selected for lead role in the film.
Priyamani is now shooting for the final schedule of her second Kannada film Eno Onthara with Golden star Ganesh. The shooting of three songs is remaining. Talking about the rumours, she says that she has not been contacted by the film bosses. "I have not been approached yet by anybody so far," says Priya.
The Pancha Bhashya Taare confirms that she has not signed any new Kannada film. She is very choosy and makes her selections carefully. She says that she will decide about her next Kannada project after she hears the story and other related issue.
However, Priyamani has plenty of offers in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. She has nearly 20 films, which are set to release in 2010. Presently, she is busy with the shooting of Rakta Charitra, a multi-lingual movie in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.
