She is stepping into Sandalwood as a film-maker and her debut movie is none other than Hatrick hero Shivaraj Kumar's 100th movie Jogayya. Now that my son Surya is a year old, I felt it was the perfect time to launch my banner, Prem Pictures." She is all set to launch her banner, Prem Pictures on January 24 2010.

Rakshita who made her debut as actress in Dr. Rajkumar's home production Vajreshwari combines in the movie Appu. Interestingly, now she is making her debut as a film-maker with Shivaraj Kumar in the lead. She is excited and at the same time nervous to be part of Shivanna's 100th movie.
