Expectations
Super (Symbol) audio cover strikes your eyes with the big names of Upendra and V Harikrishna. The powerhouse performers, who are joining hands for the first time, have made the audience to wait with bated breath. After all, Uppi is directing the film after a decade and his fans will obviously have high expectations from the director. Yogaraj Bhat, who created a magic in Jackie through his lyrics, and V Manohar have also penned a song each. With these name involved in the project, fans would not accept anything less than best. Now, let us see what they have delivered.

'Kaayi Kaayi Uppina Kaayi" marks the beginning of the album. Kunal Ganjawala is coming behind the mike for this song. The solo number is about 'mis", like take-mistake, guide-mis guide, understand-mis understand, etc and soon a listener can easily make out that the song is penned by none other than Uppi. Harikrishna has made sure that nothing goes missing!

With the name SPB appearing on the credit. One would always expect a good or best song from the album. He enters the scene to change the mood of the listerners with a love number. The song has got good tempo. With Shamita Malnad"s supporting vocal and Upendra chipping in for dialogues, add more spice to the number.

If you have thought that the the best is over. Then think again! Upendra"s trademark song is out in the form of 'Sikkapatte" and who else can give the best other than Yogaraj Bhat? From the word go, the song makes you to shake your legs. The catchy tune and Uppi"s rendition make you to appreciate it during the first listening itself.

Look At The Style

The song seems like an introductory song of real star Upendra in the film. It begins slowly with an English lyrics and picks on momentum a minute later. Naveen Madhav"s voice brings in a fresh appeal, which keeps the song lively. But it needs a couple of listening to register with the listener. Again, the song belongs to the masses.

Overall
Super team headed by Upendra, has given the best album in the recent times. Keeping youth and masses in mind, the team has churned out a few foot tapping numbers. Harikrishna"s addictive tunes with some lively lyrics puts this album on the top three chartbusters of 2010. However, the album lacks variety and the absence of melody song is the drawback of the album. But we should not forget that the composition of the song are always made on the subject and new age sensibilities.
