Realstar
Upendra
is
on
cloud
nine
as
his
Super
has
broken
all
the
previous
records
of
Kannada
film
industry.
The
director-turned-actor,
who
hinted
about
his
possible
political
entry
in
the
film,
has
confirmed
yesterday
that
he
would
join
politics
in
the
near
future.
When
he
was
asked
if
the
news
of
his
political
entry
was
true
or
just
a
gimmick,
he
replied,
“Why
can't
I
enter
politics.
I
am
willing
to
enter
the
arena
in
future.
But
I
am
not
going
to
join
any
party.
As
of
now,
I
have
not
planned
anything.
It
is
in
God's
hands
and
if
he
wishes,
then
surely
I
will
not
hesitate
to
take
the
responsibility."
He
also
cleared
the
rumour
that
nobody
has
invited
him
to
join
any
party.
He
went
on
to
say,
“
His
vision
2030
is
not
impossible.
Whatever
he
has
shown
in
Super
is
possible.
But
people
should
wake
up
and
I
am
just
trying
to
ignite
the
spark
inside
them."
Answering
when
it
all
got
started,
Uppi
said,
“It
has
been
my
long
term
dream.
I
never
spoke
about
it
because
people
would
laugh
at
me.
In
fact,
I
entered
cinema
because
of
it.
I
wanted
to
recognise
myself
first
before
jumping
into
politics.
It
is
very
difficult
to
serve
the
people
without
power.
I
agree
that
there
are
people,
who
have
served
without
power.
But,
what
I
feel
is,
if
we
have
it
we
can
do
it
better."
Talking
about
political
satires
in
the
film
Super,
Upendra
said,
“I
haven't
done
too
much
research
on
any
individual.
I
believe
in
the
media
and
whatever
you
guys
have
shown
through
TV
and
print,
I
have
shown
in
the
film."
