Muhurtha of Upendra's Super held on Feb 6

Kannada superstar Upendra's upcoming movie Super (hand symbol) has created lot of hype before its formal announcement. Now Uppi has put an end to all the speculation by holding the muhurtha of movie. The muhurtha was held at Mahalakshmi temple in Seshadripuram, Bangalore on Friday morning (Feb 5, 2010).

Upendra's father, mother and other family members were present on the muhurtha of movie Super. Welknown producer Rockline Venkatesh also attended the event. However, the film Super will start it's shooting from 17th February and Uppi will direct as well as play the hero in the movie.

Earlier, Aishwarya (Rai) Bachchan was speculated to be debuting in Kannada through this movie. Now, it has become sure that Tamil actor Nayantara is entering Kannada with Upendra's movie Super. It was said earlier that Nayan was entering Kannada through Ravichandran's upcoming movie Keechaka, but it did not happen. She will play female alongside Uppi in it.
