Vijayalakshmi Singh to act in Veera Parampare

Male Barali Manju Irali fame director Vijayalakshmi Singh is now turning to acting. For the first time, the director can be seen playing an important role in director S Narayan's upcoming movie Veera Parampare. Now, she is very excited and feels that it will be fun to be directed by S Narayan.

Vijayalakshmi Singh has already directed movies Ee Bhandhana and Male Barali Manju Irali, but she has not acted in any movie so far. “At first when Narayan offered me the role, I thought he was joking and didn"t believe him. He said that he couldn"t think of anyone else but me in the part. So here I am, as I couldn"t say no to him. I have complete faith in him and hopefully it will be fun to be directed by him," Deccan Herald quotes her as saying.

Veera Parampare is a swamake movie (original), but the entire cast and crew are keeping the story secret. Presently, the film is being shot in Belgaum and soon the shooting location will shift to Hubli. Directed by S Narayan, the movie features Sudeep, Aindita Ray, Ambareesh and S Narayan in lead roles.
