Late
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan
is
well-known
for
his
hit
movies
like
Nagara
Haavu,
Muthina
Haara,
Hombisilu,
Sahasa
Simha,
Bandhana,
Naagara
Hole,
Nishkarsha,
Yajamana,
Bhootayyana
Maga
Ayyu
and
Apthamitra.
He
was
not
only
a
great
Kannada
actor,
but
also
a
great
human
being.
Vishnu
fans
are
shocked
by
his
sudden
demise,
which
has
created
a
vied
in
the
Kannada
film
industry.
His
loss
is
irreplaceable.
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan
was
suffering
from
some
health
hazards
for
the
past
five
years.
Recently,
he
had
been
to
Mysore
for
rest.
He
was
rushed
to
Vikram
Hospital
on
29th
Dec
when
complained
of
severe
chest
pain.
He
suffered
same
pain
at
2.30
on
30th
Dec.
He
breathed
his
last
while
he
was
being
taken
to
the
hospital.
Suddenly,
the
news
of
Vishnu"s
sudden
death
spread
like
wild
fire.
Many
of
his
fans,
who
were
returning
from
their
jobs,
were
shocked
to
hear
the
news
on
TV
and
FM
Radios.
They
could
not
believe
their
ears.
Many
of
them
have
expressed
their
shocking
feelings
on
the
comment
section
on
our
website
Oneindia.in.
Sanjay
writes,
“I
was
coming
home
in
the
cab
and
I
was
listening
to
songs
of
Vishnu
in
FM.
I
thought
it
is
normal
in
FM
as
they
dedicate
an
hour
to
an
actor.
I
was
enjoying
the
songs
and
I
was
half
sleepy
and
they
announced
that
Vishnuvardhan
is
no
more.
I
suddenly
woke
up
out
of
shock
and
I
could
not
digest
that
anymore.
I
pray
lord
to
send
him
back
in
disguise.
Our
Kannada
industry
needs
actors
like
Visnuvardhan.
Hats
off
to
Visnu.
May
your
soul
rest
in
peace.
Srinivasa
writes,
“This
is
very
shocking
and
sad
news
for
Karnataka.
He
was
the
one
of
the
most
memorable
actor
and
generous
human
being.
I
was
watching
"Suprabhata",
one
of
my
favorite
movie
of
Vishnu,
when
I
got
this
shocking
news.
Yesterday's
bad
news
of
C
Ashwath
passing
away
was
equally
sad.
His
album
"ONDIRULU
KANASINALI" is
my
favourite
one,
which
I
listen
again
and
again.
Even
though
the
Sahasa
Simha
star
had
acted
in
Kannada,
Tamil,
Malayalam
and
Hindi,
he
was
basically
a
Kannadiga
and
struggled
for
Kannada
film
industry.
His
style,
acting
and
human
values
had
impressed
non-Kannada
audience
too.
These
people
were
also
shocked
to
hear
the
news.
Zahur
writes,
"Hi,
I
am
from
Kashmir.
Lived
for
sometime
in
Bangalore
and
happened
to
watch
a
Kannada
movie
Laali.
Dr.Vishnuvardhan's
acting
was
so
excellent
I
became
fan
of
him.
People
of
Karnataka
should
never
think
that
he
is
dead.
As
the
article
says
Vishnuvardhan's
life
should
be
celebrated."
Shodhan
writes,
“I
am
terribly
shocked
with
this
news.
Vishnu,
you
were
an
actor
par
excellence.
I
did
not
understand
Kannada,
but
I
have
seen
some
of
your
movies
in
my
childhood.
You
had
a
great
screen
presence.
You
will
continue
living
in
the
hearts
of
everyone
for
your
great
contribution
to
the
Kannada
film
industry.
May
God
give
everlasting
peace
to
the
departed
soul."
Sharath
Nair
writes,
“It"s
a
very
great
loss
to
the
STATE.
His
demise
is
a
setback
2
everybody.
MAY
GOD
BLESS
HIM
n
HIS
FAMILY
n
FRIENDS.
I,
being
a
MALAYALEE,
was
great
fan
of
Vishnu.
My
1st
film
of
Simha
was
MUTTINA
HAARA.
It
was
really
a
great
film
besides
SUHASINI
has
his
counterpart
and
that
kid,
was
a
great
movie.
MAY
HIS
SOUL
REST
IN
PEACE."
Some
of
his
fans
even
feel
the
mysterious
hand
of
Nagavalli
(a
character
in
Aptamitra
and
Aapta
Rakshaka.
Rohith
writes,
“I
think
this
(Vishnu"s
death)
is
because
of
that
film
Apthamitra.
This
mysterious
fact
was
reported
when
actress
Soundarya
had
met
with
airplaine
accident
before
Apthamitra
release.
Now
before
the
release
of
Aaptah
Rakshaka,
vishnuvardhan
died.
He
himself
had
told
in
a
TV
interview
about
some
of
the
probamatic
situation
they
faced
while
shooting
the
film
Aptharakshaka."
Many
are
worried
that
after
the
death
of
Dr.
Rajkumar,
Vishnuhad
had
taken
the
lead
of
Kannada
film
industry.
Now
their
question
is
who
will
take
over
his
place
and
guide
it
properly.
Nanjesh
Hassan
writes,
“We
lost
really
good
voice,
good
actor,
Sahasa
Simha.
Even
more
sad
thing
is
that
Kannada
people
have
suffered
lot
because
already
we
lost
'Annavaru".
Vishnu
was
our
2nd
'Annavaru",
but
now
we
don"t....
I
love
Vishnu
I
love
Vishnu…
I
am
huge
fan
of
lovely
Vishnu.
Pakya
writes,
“Still
Kannadiga's
are
not
recovered
from
Dr.
Raj
departure
even
after
3
yrs.
Now
this
pain
of
Dr.
Vishnu
departing
has
left
the
entire
Kannada
film
industry
&
Kannadigas
in
the
dark.
The
year
2009
is
not
a
good
year
since
we
lost
most
talented
C.
Ashwath
yesterday.
Sunilkumar
writes,
“The
death
of
Sahasa
Simha
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan
is
a
great
loss
to
Karnataka
and
especially
to
the
Kannada
film
industry,
he
has
played
several
role
in
movies,
in
real
life.
After
Annavru,
he
was
supposed
to
carry
our
cultural
heritage
for
further.
It
is
very
unfortunate
event
that
he
is
no
more
with
us
in
the
middle
of
the
way
only.
May
God
Bless
him.
Madhu
YV
writes,
“I
am
shocked
by
the
news.
We
lost
a
true
contributor
to
Kannada.
I
cried
for
the
second
time
since
from
Dr
Rajkumar's
death.
I
believe
it"s
all
because
of
"Aptha
Rakshaka".
May
god
rest
their
souls
in
peace.
Thousands
of
Vishnu
fans
have
expressed
their
sadness
on
our
comment
section.
Following
are
some
of
the
unique
feelings
of
his
fans.
Sanjay:
“I
always
admire
this
person
in
my
heart.
He
is
good
both
in
off
screen
and
on
screen.
May
god
keep
his
sole
rest
in
peace.
Hats
up
to
the
great
show
man
Kannada
film
industries."
Veena
Reddy:
“He
is
amicable
personality,
a
professional
actor,
loving
&
humorous
person.
Overall
he
is
generous
as
human"
Viji
Varadhu
Dhanu
and
Madhi:
“We
are
extremely
shocked
and
grieved
Sahas
Simha's
demise.
It's
a
big
loss
of
not
only
southern
cinema
but
also
Kannadigas
all
over
the
world.
The
memory
of
Dr.
Vishnu
will
be
kept
in
our
hearts.
May
the
spirit
of
Dr.
Vishnuvardhan
rest
in
peace."
Vijai:
“Kannada
film
industry,
which
reeling
under
loss
of
stalwarts,
has
lost
yet
another
great
actor
and
metaphorically
the
incident
comes
just
a
day
after
the
death
of
C
Ashwath
is
really
disheartening.
May
the
stalwarts
soul
rest
in
peace.
Kannada
industry
has
lost
a
truly
a
great
actor.
I
am
shattered
beyond
words.
Let
his
soul
rest
in
peace."
Byra
Reddy:
“Dr.
Vishnuvardhan's
untimely
death
a
huge
pain
to
me.
My
heartfelt
condolences
to
the
mourned
family.
Let
god
gives
strength
and
courage
to
the
bereaved
family."
Rohith:
“We
had
lost
an
another
link
today
he
had
gone
but
he
will
always
remain
in
our
hearts
forever
let
all
pay
tribute
to
him
he
was
not
only
a
great
actor,
but
he
was
a
great
human
being
I
pray
god
to
give
strength
to
all
to
come
over
this
situation
and
specially
for
his
kuchuku
geleya
Ambareesh.
Parthasarathy:
“We
have
lost
a
great
personality
in
Kannada
film
industry.
He
was
a
fabulous
actor,
great
human.
I
think
nobody
can
replace
him.
Let
us
pray
to
god
that
he
takes
birth
once
again
to
satisfy
millions
of
people's
wishes."
Sharath:
“Dr
Vishnuvardhan
is
not
only
a
great
actor
but
also
a
good
human
being.
He
was
a
man
of
discipline
and
he
had
some
principles
in
life.
He
never
underestimated
anyone
and
he
was
satisfied
with
what
he
had.
He
was
taking
care
of
all
the
other
people
around
him.
His
anthem
was
NANNA
HADU
NANADU....
Muthina
hara
is
my
favourite
film.
The
greatest
tribute
we
can
give
to
him
is
by
following
his
principles.
May
his
soul
rest
in
peace."
