Darshan finally sees light of the day on Dusshera, gets bail

finally
granted
Challenging
star
Darshan's
wish.
The
Karnataka
High
Court
on
Friday
has
issued
the
conditional
bail
to
the
Kannada
actor,
who
was
arrested
on
the
charges
of
assaulting
and
threatening
to
kill
his
wife
Vijaylakshmi.
Justice
BV
Pinto,
who
had
adjourned
the
case
and
directed
the
Special
Public
Prosecutor
Chandramouli
to
file
objection
against
the
Sandalwood
star's
bail
plea
in
next
14
days
on
September
22,
granted
bail
on
the
condition
that
he
should
furnish
a
personal
bond
of
Rs
25,000
and
one
surety
for
like
sum.
The
HC
has
also
directed
him
not
to
tamper
with
witnesses/evidence
and
asked
to
appear
before
the
court
along
with
his
wife
Vijayalakshmi
on
October
13.
Darshan
was
arrested
for
allegedly
assaulting
and
threatening
his
wife
on
September
9.
Despite
his
wife
withdrawing
her
complaint,
his
bail
plea
was
rejected
by
the
First
Additional
Chief
Metropolitan
Magistrate
court
and
Sessions
court.
Meanwhile,
Darshan,
who
is
expected
to
release
this
evening,
will
leave
to
Dharmasthala
with
his
family.
They
will
also
visit
Tirupathi,
says

source.
