Guruprasad ropes in Rangayana Raghu for Director's Special

Almost a year has passed after the launch of director Guruprasad third directorial venture Director's Special, but there was no news about its shooting. If we are to go by latest reports, the movie is expected to go on the floors this month. It is reported that Guru has roped in Rangayana Raghu for a major role.

Director's Special focuses on family values and the film will be high on humour. Guruprasad is yet finalise the lead characters of the movie. According reports, the director has recently signed up comedian Rangayana Raghu for an important role. This will be the first time that they will work together.

Guruprasad, who has spent the year 2010 by making his guest appearances in films, has already roped in Tabla Nani as a part of the cast. He is now looking for lead actors. Our sources from Gandhinagar claim that the director is considering bringing new faces in the lead roles of Director's Special.

However, Guruprasad had earlier planned to rope in comedian Komal Kumar for the hero role in the film Director's Special. But the Kannada actor was said to have refused his offer as the movie takes a dig at the film industry. Now, it should be seen who will be the hero of his movie?
