Nikesha Patel with Ravichandran in Narasimha

Mumbai-based actress Nikesha Patel, who started her acting career with a Telugu movie, is now said to be debuting in Kannada films. Her first film in Sandalwood will be Narasimha for which Hamsalekha has started scoring music from today (14th February). Nikesha will be seen alongside crazy star Ravichandran.

Narasimha is a remake of Sarath Kumar and Meena's hit Tamil film Maayi. It is a romantic story. It is produced by N Kumar. Ravi will play the hero, while Nikesha Patel will appear as the heroine of the film. The movie marks the reunion of music maestro Hamsalekha and Ravichandran.

However, Nikisha Patel is a Gujrathi girl. She is born and brought up in the UK. She was one of the finalists of 2006 Miss Wales beauty pageant. She made her debut into films with Pawan Kalyan's Tollywood movie Komaram Puli.
