Pankaj teaming up with Saranya for Mareyalaare

After the release of the movie Dushta, S Narayan's son Pankaj has signed a new project with Police Story 3 fame producer Shivananda and this is the first time, the Kannada actor is doing a movie with an outside producer other than his father. This combo's first movie has been titled Mareyalaare, which stars Saranya Mohan with him.

Cameraman-turned-director Selvam is entering Kannada films through this film Mareyalaare. Telugu actress Saranya Mohan is said to be playing the love interest of actor Pankaj in the film. The shooting of the movie will be held in Mandya, Chanarayapatna and Bengaluru and will be completed in 40 days.

It should be recalled here that Aa Dinagalu fame actor Chetan had announced Kannada movie Mareyalaare in 2010, but the project was shelved due to the difference between him and director Sharath Khadri. Now, it is not clear whether Pankaj and Shivananda are working on the same script or different one. However, Chetan was not available over phone to comment on it.
