Real star Upendra and Kicha Sudeep had recently revealed their intention to join politics. Latest Kannada celebrity to announce her political venture is none other than Golden Girl Ramya. Yes! on her social network website, she herself has confirmed that she has become a member of the Youth Congress.

On Monday, Ramya, who has understood the power of social networking site, took to her twitter page to announce her political entry. The Kannada actress has also asked her fans to join the Youth Congress. She wrote, "Became a member of the youth congress today:o) do you want to as well? Call 186042****."

However, Ramya belongs to the Gowda Community, which is the second most powerful community in Karnataka. And politics is not an affair for her family. Sources claim that her family is very close to former Chief Minister of Karnataka, SM Krishna, who is currently the Union Foreign Minister.
