Ranjitha doing item song in Shivakashi?

South Indian actress Ranjitha has reportedly signed her first movie project after she hit the controversy with Nithyananda's sex scandal in 2010. It is reported that she is acting in the Kannada film Shivakashi, which is being directed by Ram Prakash and produced by Madhavaiah.

Sources claim that Ranjitha is appearing in a song sequence, which is said to be an item number in the film Shivakashi. It is reported that actress will secretly shoot for the item song with a few technicians. The movie bosses are maintaining high secrecy about the details of shooting locations and time.

However, Ranjitha has earlier starred alongside Saikumar in the Kannada film Agni IPS. She has appeared on Malavika's TV show 'Baduku Jataka Bandi', which was aired at 2.30 pm on 17th January on Zee Kannada. Recently, she is said to have signed another project in Kannada, which is titled Mugila Malligeyo.
