Shreya to enter Kannada films with Upendra's next

South Indian actress Shreya Saran, who recently performed with Shahrukh Khan at the inaugural ceremony of the IPL in Chennai, is now heading to Bangalore. But she is not going to perform with anyone at Chinnaswamy grounds in Bangalore, instead the Pancha Bhasha Tara will act in a Kannada film.

If we are to go by the reports, Shreya Saran, who has acted in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and English, is now all set to enter Kannada films too. According to Gandhinagar sources, the actress is acting in Real star Upendra's untitled Kannada movie, which will start rolling from May 15.

Shreya's first Sandalwood project will be directed by P Vasu, who has directed veteren South Indian stars like Dr. Rajkumar, Vishnuvardhan, Rajinikanth and Venkatesh. Sources say that superstar Upendra will play the protagonist, while she appears as the leading lady of the Kannada project.

However, Shreya is a busy south Indian actress and she has a few projects like Rowthiram, Casanovva, Midnight's Children, Vishwaroopam and a project with Manoj Manchu. She has won the hearts of movie buffs in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. Will she be able to rock the Kannada audience too?
