Oberoi,

father

Vivek
Oberoi,
is
enacting
the
role
of
late
Dr
Rajkumar
in
the
film
based
on
the
Sandalwood
superstar's
kidnap
drama
titled
Veerappan
Attahasa.
The
Bollywood
actor
has
now
opened
up
on
his
role
and
how
he
prepared
for
the
toughest
character
of
his
life.
Speaking
to
the
Times
of
India,
Suresh
Oberoi
said
that
he
stopped
eating
non-vegetarian
food
after
the
movie
took
off.
He
also
did
not
consume
liquor
and
gave
up
smoking.
In
fact,
he
was
having
simple
vegetarian
food
and
wore
ordinary
clothes.
To
immerse
himself
into
the
Rajkumar's
character,
he
started
doing
meditation
and
prayed
the
late
Kannada
superstar
to
help
him.
He
further
explains,
“Before
every
shot,
I
prayed
to
him
and
in
one
of
the
scenes,
in
which
I
am
taking
leave
of
Veerappan,
I
felt
the
spirit
of
Dr
Rajkumar
come
into
me
and,
at
that
moment,
I
wasn"t
Suresh
Oberoi."
