Actress Aashita marries her beau

Film and television actress Aashita entered to a new phase of her life by settling down to married bliss. She married her beau Shankar at a grand function on Sunday (October 21).

After being in love for over eight years, the couple decided to tie the knot a few months ago. It has to be noted that Aashita and Shankar will have two weddings - one will be a Hindu wedding, while the other will be a Church wedding.

Aashita started her acting career in Road Romeo followed by Heart Beats and Green Signal. She did decent-girl kind of roles before taking the bold route but in vain. As the offers did not come her way, the actress choose to do supporting characters like sister, friend, etc.

However, she met with little success in films and turned towards small-screen. Later, she became popular and hosted quite a few television shows. Currently, she is anchoring a reality show on a popular Kannada channel.
