Media reports on Hemashree's death misleading: Roopashree

Coming down heavily on media, Roopashree, the sister of diseased TV actress Hemashree, has urged people not to believe everything that comes on news channels. She had called a press meet after rumours about the actress' affair gave a new twist to the story.

Speaking at the press conference, Roopashree said,"Cops are still investigating the case and let us not jump to the conclusions. The reports emerging on media are misleading, which has made me to call this press meet. I request media to to have patience till the investigation get completed."

She clarified that Hemashree and Surendra Babu's marriage life was good and they were happily married. "Her death has shocked the entire family. The marriae was fixed by the elders of both the families and it was an arranged wedding. My brother-in-law was looking after her well and they were leading happy life,"

"The reports coming on media about her alleged relationship are false. It was neither a forced marriage nor my sister had a boyfriend. The guy named Manjunath was a good friend of her. However, our family did not gain benefit by through their wedding. Meanwhile, my parents have gone to Varanasi to immerse her ashes in the Ganga," concludes Roopashree.
