Raghavendra
Rajkumar,
who
is
set
to
release
his
next
film
Anna
Bond
on
April
26,
has
requested
producer
Munirantha
to
postpone
the
release
of
his
first
full-fledged
3D
film
Katari
Veera
Surasundarangi,
which
is
also
hitting
the
screen
on
the
same
date.
But
Muni
has
refused
to
delay
his
much-anticipated
project.
He
says
that
he
dares
to
challenge
a
Rajkumar
family
production.
So
far,
Puneet
Rajkumar
has
never
had
any
competition
at
the
box
office.
His
latest
movie
Anna
Bond,
which
is
produced
by
his
brother
Raghvendra,
is
one
of
the
big
budget
Kannada
films
of
2012.
Now,
Munirathna
has
decided
to
make
a
deliberate
attack
on
him
with
his
Katari
Veera
Surasundarangi,
which
has
also
been
made
with
Rs.
12
crores.
In
a
chat
with
an
English
daily,
Munirathna
has
admitted
that
Raghavendra
Rajkumar
has
personally
requested
him.
“Raghanna
did
call
me
and
make
such
a
request,
but
I
have
not
officially
agreed
to
anything,”
the
newspaper
quoted
the
producer
as
saying.
However,
it
is
said
to
be
an
intentional
act
of
Munirantha
against
Rajkumar
family
as
he
was
forced
by
the
first
family
of
Sandalwood
to
issue
an
apology
to
actress
Nikitha.
But
the
producer
says,
“My
decision
to
release
my
film
along
with
Puneet’s
has
nothing
to
do
with
the
Nikitha
incident.”
