Breaking News: Rangayana Raghu plays Katta Subramanya Naidu

Versatile Rangayana Raghu, who was earlier seen in wide-variety of roles, is turning a politician again. The actor will be seen in the role of former BJP minister Katta Subramanya Naidu in the satirical comedy Breaking News.

Reports say that Rangayana Raghu's costumes and mannerism in Breaking News will resemble Katta Subramanya Naidu. When asked about the role, director Nagathihalli Chandrashekar said that the actor will be seen in the role of a corrupt politician and it is pure coincidental if it resembles the former minister.

It is also said that senior actor Ananth Nag will be donning the character of former Karnataka Lokayukta Justice Santosh Hegde. Sources also add that Breaking News throws light on the land scams, Yeddurappa's jail stint, media business, etc.
