Diganth's brush with the law; rams motorist

Actor Diganth, who was caught earlier by the city cops for driving under the influence, has reportedly landed on the wrong side of the law again. The Pancharangi actor has been booked for rash and negligent driving by the Shivajinagar traffic police on Tuesday (June 19).

According to reports, the case has been filed by Sayed Zain (21), who has said that Diganth, in inebriated state, rammed his bike on June 16 around 11:30 pm and 12 am near Haj camp on Nandidurg Road. Then, the actor got down from his Fortuner SUV and requested not to file the complaint and promised to pay him for the damages done by him.

Sayed Zain adds that Diganth gave his manager's number to revert him back. But when Zain called his manager and said that the expenses of the damages would come around Rs 15,000, he refused to pay and told him that he could only pay Rs 5,000, which made him to file the complaint against the actor.
