Kannada film industry ties up with an international website to control piracy

If you are a person, who regularly download movies through torrents and other forms on internet, it is likely to come to an end. At least, it could be not possible for you to get pirated copies of Kannada films. Well, the Sandalwood has woken up to tackle the piracy by tying up with an international website, EggUp.com.

The Hawaii-based website, which was launched last month, has joined hands with the Kannada film industry. According to them, the portal will provide a platform to securely sell, distribute films online. The filmmakers can upload the movies on their own and generate revenue through pay-per-view revenue model.
