Real
Star
Upendra
had
opened
up
on
his
ambition
to
enter
politics
during
the
release
of
his
movie
Super
in
2010.
Indeed,
the
actor
had
said
that
he
wants
to
fulfil
his
vision
of
corruption-free
India,
which
was
the
subject
of
Super.
But
it
was
believed
that
Uppi's
statement
was
a
part
of
the
publicity
campaign
of
his
movie.
It
became
evident
in
the
later
days,
as
he
did
not
give
any
clue
on
his
plans
to
enter
politics.
Now,
he
has
talked
about
it
again.
Speaking
to
a
daily,
Upendra
has
said
that
his
plans
have
not
been
shelved
and
he
is
willing
to
make
his
entry
to
politics.
He
wants
to
work
for
the
welfare
of
people
and
reinstated
that
his
vision
2030
is
possible.
According
to
him,
achieving
his
dream
without
power
is
far
from
possible.
That
does
not
mean
that
there
are
no
people
who
worked
for
the
society
without
power
but
having
power
will
encourage
us
to
take
actions
on
developmental
activities.
However,
he
has
denied
the
rumours
of
him
contesting
from
his
home
Chamarajpet
consistency
in
the
next
elections.
Upendra
has
not
revealed
when
he
is
going
to
take
a
plunge
into
the
politics
and
which
party
is
he
going
to
join.
It
is
also
not
clear
whether
he
will
launch
his
own
party.
However,
the
Real
star
is
unlikely
to
enter
for
the
next
general
assembly
elections,
as
the
actor
is
committed
to
quite
a
few
projects
that
will
keep
him
busy
at
least
for
the
next
15
months.
It
may
be
recalled
that
the
actor
had
earlier
clarified
that
he
was
not
getting
offers
from
any
parties:
BJP,
JD(S)
and
Congress.
