Lakshmi Rai bags Kodi Ramakrishna's project

Glamorous Lakshmi Rai seems to be getting busier in Kannada film industry all of a sudden. The actress, who acts in all four South Indian languages, is getting a lot of offers from Kannada film industry of late. After signing Attahasa and Kalpana, the 23-year-old has now bagged Kodi Ramakrishna's multi-lingual movie.

The forthcoming movie stars Arjun Sarja and Sonu Sood in the important roles. She will be romancing the former in the untitled flick. Lakshmi Rai has expressed her happiness over bagging the Kodi Ramakrishna's film and claimed that it is an honour to work with the filmmaker whose movies offer enough meat for female characters.

Director Kodi Ramakrishna, who is making his Sandalwood debut in Ramya and Diganth starrer movie, has said that it will be made in four languages, and he chooses his lead stars on their popularity in all the South Indian languages. It will kick-start in the second week of September.
