Nikita lands in troubled waters again

Nikita Thukral, who was in controversy for her alleged affair with Darshan, seems to be in the news for wrong reasons. The actress has been dragged to troubled waters by producer of her forthcoming movie Gowriputra claiming that she was not promoting the movie.

Manju Maskal Matti, the producer and director of Gowriputra, has alleged that Nikita and Niveditha, who are the female leads of the movie, are not co-operating with them. His repeated request to both the actresses to promote the movie has failed to come to fruition. As a result, he has filed a complaint against his leading ladies.

On the other end, Niveditha has shot back by saying that as the producer has not paid her remuneration, she has opted out of the promotions. She could only join the promotional events after getting paid for her work. However, Nikita has said that the director is not firm on when Gowriputra releases which has caused the troubles, and she has been promoting the movie at every given opportunity.
