Ravichandran launches Puneet Rajkumar's Yaare Koogadali

Power Star Puneet Rajkumar's next film tentatively titled Yaare Koogadali was launched with a formal puja on Wednesday (June 13). Crazy Star Ravichandran gave the green signal to the project by tapping the clap for the muhurat shot.

Yaare Koogadali is a remake of Tamil film Poraali. While the Power Star will be enacting the role played by Sasikumar in the original, Yogi will be stepping into the shoes of Allari Naresh. Meanwhile, the female leads of the film are yet to be finalised and the hunt for same is on.

Shivaraj Kumar, Raghavendra Rajkumar, Yogish, Parvathamma Rajkumar, directors Suri, Madesh, producers Rockline Venkatesh, K Manju and others were present at the movie, which has V Harikrishna's music and Sukumar's cinematography, launch function. The forthcoming film will officially commence on June 25.
