Resul Pookutty to design sound for Katari Veera Surasundarangi

Oscar Award winner Resul Pookutty is all set to work in his first Kannada film. Well, he is gearing up to design sound for the first full length 3D film in Kannada cinema, Katari Veera Surasundarangi.

The makers of Katari Veera Surasundarangi have signed him recently. It is believed that the sound designer did not demand his usual price rather reduced the remuneration understanding the limited market of Kannada film industry.

Katari Veera Surasundarangi is a mega-budget fantasy film written by Upendra and Janardhana Maharshi. While Ramya, Ambareesh and Muthappa Rai are in the important roles, Suman Ranganath, Rishika Singh and Ramanithu Chaudhary have added glamour to the film through an item number in the upcoming movie directed by Suresh Krishna.
