Aindrita Ray Calls Barfi Director's Complaint A Publicity Stunt

Actress Aindrita Ray says that Barfi director Shekar is trying to gain publicity for his film by creating rumours about his complaint against her. It was reported that the director had filed a case with KFCC alleging that the actress abused him on phone. Andy, who does not deny his allegations, calls his act as a publicity stunt for Barfi, which is not faring well at the Sandalwood Box Office.

Shekar had earlier created a controversy by using Aindrita Ray's name in the trailer of the film Barfi, which had hit the YouTube a couple of months ago. Talking about the controversy, the actress says, "My full name was used negatively in the promo. When asked, he said there are many people with that name." The actress had complained against him for the same.

She says that she had a made phone call to Shekar a week ago and he did not talk about it in any interview. He says that he has filed complained with the directors and producers association. She says that she has not got a call from any association, but from media. When the film is not doing well, he is trying to create a controversy to draw the public attention. "So it is obviously his publicity stunt for Barfi," adds Andy.
