Delighted,
thrilled,
surprised,
yet
calm!
This
is
how
the
team
Simple
Agi
Ondh
Love
Story
looked
when
they
visited
Oneindia
to
share
their
moments
of
success.
Lead
actor
Rakshith
Shetty,
without
his
leading
lady
in
the
movie
along
with
the
captain
of
the
ship
Suni
aka
Sunil
Kumar
came
to
our
office
on
Wednesday
(March
20).
The
Team
on
cloud
nine...
Rakshith
Shetty:
We
always
believed
in
the
product
but
never
imagined
that
Simple
Agi
Ondh
Love
Story
would
get
such
a
reception
from
cine-goers.
Initially,
we
thought
that
only
youths
would
like
the
film
but
what
surprised
me
was
that
even
family
audience
were
impressed
by
the
film.
Suni:
There
was
a
feedback
from
a
section
of
people
that
Simple
Agi
Ondh
Love
Story
has
some
bold
dialogues
but
what
majority
of
the
audience
felt
was
that
there
is
nothing
'vulgar'
in
the
movie.
However,
we
are
overwhelmed
by
the
response.
May
Not
be
big
as
Mungaaru
Male....
Suni:
The
video-clip
that
was
released
before
the
official
shooting
commenced
got
massive
response.
College
students
loved
the
clip
and
it
spread
like
a
fire
from
one
mobile
to
another.
So,
we
got
a
hint
about
the
success.
We
were
confident
that
we
would
get
the
invested
money
irrespective
of
whether
the
film
becomes
a
hit
or
flop.
We
also
felt
that
our
work
would
be
recognised
and
people
would
say
that
it
was
a
good
attempt.
However,
people
have
liked
it
and
have
made
the
film
a
hit
though
not
as
big
as
Mungaaru
Male!
Social
Media
Campaign
Rakshith:
Firstly,
the
film
drew
the
attention
of
netizens.
The
trailer
which
was
released
on
YouTube
got
wonderful
response.
But
we
never
planned,
it
just
happened.
As
we
are
all
used
to
social
networking
sites,
we
took
the
opportunity
to
reach
out
the
internet
audience.
The
official
FB
page
has
got
so
far
12K
likes,
which
is
believed
to
be
the
biggest
for
a
Kannada
film.
SOLS
Going
To
Other
Languages...
Suni:
The
remake
rights
of
the
film
is
in
great
demand.
A
popular
production
house
from
Telugu
is
in
talks
and
has
almost
finalised
the
deal.
The
mediator
between
us
has
told
me
that
it
will
be
made
in
four
languages.
However,
I
am
not
going
to
direct
in
other
languages
as
I
am
only
comfortable
in
Kannada.
What's
Next?
Rakshith:
I
will
be
moving
to
direction
soon.
The
project
has
been
titled
Ulidavaru
Kandanthe.
The
scripting
work
has
almost
been
done.
People
might
wonder
why
I
am
moving
into
the
direction
department,
but
many
are
not
aware
that
I
am
passionate
about
filmmaking.
Ulidavaru
Kandanthe
is
about
five
boys
and
I
play
one
of
the
leads.
The
film
is
set
at
Malpe
harbour
and
will
be
shot
in
and
around
Udupi.
We
are
using
South
Canara
dialect,
which
has
been
used
in
comic
sense
in
Kannada
films
till
date.
The
entire
movie
will
have
the
Udupi
and
Kundapura
dialect.
