Shahrukh Khan's Chennai Express Gets Flying Start At Bangalore Box Office

Shahrukh Khan seems to have mesmerised Bangalore audience once again. The actor's much-hyped Chennai Express has been overwhelming welcomed by the local audience as it has reportedly made mind-blowing collections at Box Office.

Like every other major cities in India, Chennai Express has done remarkable business at Box Office. It has proved again that it is a paradise for Hindi movies and especially the Khans' movies in Bangalore.

Traders in Bangalore predict that Chennai Express could have collected approximately Rs 30 lakhs (gross) in paid reviews in Bangalore alone. The movie has collected Rs 6.75 crore (nett) on Thursday (August 8) in India, which is said to be the highest ever collection for a Hindi movie in the country.

Chennai Express had around ninety screenings on Thursday evening in Bangalore. The response for the evening shows were fantastic and the multiplexes ran for a packed houses. In fact, the film has went on to break the records set by another Hindi movie 3 Idiots, which starred Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
