Duniya Vijay-Srinagara Kitty-Yogesh In Kavitha Lankesh's Kariya Kanbitta

Sandalwood director Kavitha Lankesh has geared up to bring the top three stars of Kannada together to do a cameo role in her forthcoming movie Kariya Kanbitta. Duniya Vijay, Srinagara Kitty and Yogesh aka Loose Madha Yogesh are all set appear in the cameo role in the movie.

Bangalore Mirror reported that all the three stars of Sandalwood will be seen without make-up in the movie. Director Kavitha Lankesh revealed, "I asked all three of them to arrive on sets as they were, sans make-up. I guess this is the first film for all of them without the greasepaint."

Kariya Kanbitta is set in the village backdrop, and it is the adaptation of small stories written by HK Subbu Holeyaar. Meanwhile, Kavitha Lankesh has also cleared that she is not willing to give commercial touch to the movie with the presence of these top stars.

"The film will definitely have a commercial release in Karnataka, but the film will also be showcased in various film festivals across the world. So you need good actors who can carry the characters. The three stars have important roles that are integral part of the film and its script. I did not try to place them in the film for the sake of it. I requested them to play particular roles and all three were happy to do it," Kavitha added.
