It's Not Juhi Chawla But Ramya Krishnan For Ravichandran

There were reports that Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla was approached to act opposite Ravichandran in a forthcoming Kannada movie directed by Sudeep. In fact, she had admitted that the offer had come her way, but she was yet to decide on it. Now, it is said that the actress, who had acted in a few movies in Sandalwood opposite the Crazy Star, has opted out of the movie.

Hence, the offer has fallen into the laps of Ramya Krishnan, who acted in above 15 Kannada movies in lead roles. She has reportedly given her nod to act in the untitled movie. After Juhi Chawla turned down the offer, the movie bosses approached Ramya and she reportedly accepted the offer. She had earlier worked with him in the movies like Gadibidi Ganda, Mangalyam Tantuna Nene, etc.

She was also part fo Ravichandran's award-winning movie Ekangi, which was a commercial failure. It is interesting to note that Golden Girl Ramya, who had given nod to act in the movie, has opted out of the film due to political commitments. Meanwhile, Sudeep is busy finding a replacement for the Musanje Maathu actress.

The upcoming Kannada movie is a remake of Telugu hit movie Mirchi starring Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Sathyaraj.
