Priyamani Misses Shahrukh Khan's Birthday Bash

Bollywood King Khan Shahrukh, who is basking in the success of Chennai Express, recently celebrated his 48th birthday at his residence in Mumbai. The actor, who usually shares good rapport with people, had invited all his colleagues from film industry, close friends, family members and media persons for the celebration. It is reported that South lass Priyamani was also included in the invitee list of Shahrukh's birthday bash.

Priyamani, who was seen in an item number '1 2 3 4 get on the dance floor' in Shahrukh starrer Chennai Express, was also invited for the Shahrukh's birthday bash on November 2, in Bandra. The actress could not make it for the party, but wished Shahrukh on micro-blogging site.

Priyamani, who confirmed the news to a leading daily, said that she did not attend the party. However, she did not reveal the reason for giving a miss to the biggest event of Bollywood.

Priyamani, who posted her picture taken with Shahrukh wrote, "Wishing SRK a very happy birthday." Meanwhile, Priyamani is busy with the shooting of the forthcoming Kannada movie Ambareesha, in which she is paired opposite Challenging Star Darshan for the first time. The actress has also signed two Telugu and one Malayalam project.
