The death of Kannada actor Rajesh has become big news. People, who were expressing their anger on the entertainment channels for spoiling Rajesh's life in the name of entertainment and TRPs, have been supported by actor Arun Sagar.
Talking to a leading daily Arun Sagar has expressed his anger on the entertainment channels and said that media is loosing its humanity. "The sad part about his death is that it reinforces the fact that in trying to grab TRPs, the media is losing its humanity. Reality shows are putting intimate details about the lives of people on TV for the sake of entertainment," Arun added.
It is said that Rajesh, who had fallen to death on Sunday (Nov 3), was under stress and worried about his future. He was the winner of Halli Hyda Payateg Banda, which was broadcast on Suvarna channel. He also become an actor with his on-screen debut Jungle Jackie in which he was paired opposite Aishwarya, who was his mentor in the reality show.

Rajesh Feared For His Life
Arun Sagar also said that Rajesh had feared for his life, and very much unhappy with his career as it was not going in expected lines.

"I spent two days with Rajesh, and what I saw was, this boy had been uprooted from the jungle and brought into unfamiliar territory," Arun added.
Rajesh From Tribal Community
Rajesh, a native of Balle Haadi, a tribal settlement in Nagarahole National Park, relocated to Mysore, a year ago.

Arun Sagar said, "The question is, are these people ready to have their lives dissected in public and equipped to face the outcome? I don't think Rajesh was ready for that."

"We may never know what exactly transpired on Sunday that ended in his death, but the media cannot shirk its responsibility," Arun Sagar added.

Arun Sagar said, "These days, reality TV has encroached even into our bedrooms. That is an unfortunate state of affairs."

Aishwarya, who played the female lead in Jungle Jackie and mentor for Rajesh in Halli Hyda Pyateg Banda, payed her last tribute to Rajesh.
