Birthday Special: Ramya's Journey In Sandalwood

It's 31st birthday of our Sandalwood Queen Ramya, and also her first birthday after she took over Member Of Parliament (MP) position. Ramya was elected as MP from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency. She was the first Kannada actress to enter Lok Sabha.

These days young MP Ramya has become a busy bee in politics. She is seen taking part in party meetings and other political programs. She has also given a hint of bidding goodbye to films, saying that people may not like to see their leader running around tress in short skirts and sleeveless blouse.

Before contesting in the election, Ramya had signed few movies - Aryan, Dil Ka Raja, Neer Dose and another bilingual flick, which will be directed by Kodu Ramkrishna. Golden Girl is also responsible in completing the movies, which she has promised.

Presently, Ramya is busy in the shooting Aryan, where she will be seen sharing screen space with Sandalwood King Shivaraj Kumar aka Shivanna. The actress turned MP is taking care of political and film career, by balancing both. It is said that she is worried about the producers for which she has given her dates for the shooting.
