Srinagar
Kitty's
Tony
has
got
thumbs
up
from
critics
and
audience.
But
there
was
one
factor
which
was
bothering
people
was
the
length
of
the
movie.
It
was
pointed
out
that
the
four
tracks
in
the
film
were
harming
the
outlook
of
the
flick.
Respecting
the
audience
point
of
view,
the
makers
of
the
film
decided
to
chop
unwanted
scenes.
The
run
time
of
Tony
originally
was
2
hours,
16
minutes
and
50
seconds.
Now,
the
makers
of
the
film
have
deleted
some
scenes
and
reduced
the
film
to
two
hours
in
order
to
give
a
better
look
to
the
movie.
The
major
cuts
have
been
made
in
the
climax
and
folk
tracks.
From
Sunday
(August
11),
the
new
version
has
been
released.
Early
reports
say
that
the
audience
have
loved
the
edited
Tony.
As
a
result,
the
movie
bosses
are
hoping
to
register
a
massive
success
at
Box
Office.
In
the
first
weekend,
Tony
has
made
good
business
in
major
centres.
The
good-word-of
mouth
is
expected
to
improve
the
collections
of
the
flick
in
the
coming
weeks.
Tony
starring
Srinagar
Kitty
and
Aindrita
Ray
in
the
lead
roles
is
a
philosophical
thriller.
It
is
directed
by
Jayatheertha.
The
brilliant
screenplay
and
story
are
working
wonders
for
the
film.
