Sudeep, Darshan Wish Ambareesh-Sumalatha On Their Wedding Anniversary

It's 23rd wedding anniversary of our Rebel Star Ambareesh and actress Sumalatha. The actor, who is known as 'Mandyada Gandu' in Karnataka, is celebrating the first year wedding anniversary after he became the minister.

Presently, Ambi is the Minister of Housing and Development in Karnataka government. Ambareesh married Sumalatha in the year 1991. The duo is blessed with a son, Abhishek.

It's also a pleasure for Kannada superstars like Sudeep and Darshan to wish the lovely couples of Sandalwood. Challenging Star Darshan took to his micro-blogging site Twitter to convey his best wishes for the duo. He tweeted, "Happy Wedding anniversary wishes for special couple Appaaji n amma. May this love n togetherness continue throughout ur lives."

Abhinaya Charavarthy Kiccha Sudeep also took to his micro-blogging site Twitter to convey his best wishes to Ambi and Sumalatha. "To a man who's lead a life on his own terms..to a lady,Elite n Elegant,,wishn em both togetherness,,Happy anniversary."

Ambareesh and Sumalatha have shared screen in the movies like Aahuti, Avatara Purusha, Sri Manjunatha and Kallarali Hoovagi. It is reported that their friendship blossomed into love, when the duo was shooting for Aahuti.

South lass Pranitha also wished the couple. She tweeted, "Happy wedding anniversary to Ambi sir n sumalatha maam."
