Sudeep Grabs Another Award For Eega

Kiccha Sudeep has created wonders by winning many number of awards for his performance in Telugu flick Eega. The movie was dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam as Makkhi, Naan Ee and Eecha, respectively. The actor was praised by South Indian audience for his performance as an antagonist in the movie.

This time, Sudeep has won the Chennai Times Best Actor in a Negative Role Award for Tamil version, Naan Ee. The actor has confirmed it yesterday, (Oct 16) in his micro blogging site.

Sudeep has expressed his happiness and gratitude to the audience. He tweeted, "Just got th news tat I won the chennai times 'best actor in negative role' (public voting)... Thanx to all fr this luv."

Sudeep has won the maximum votes in the audience poll. He is also expected to grab innumerable awards for the same in the upcoming days. Sudeep played the role of multi millionare, who will also be a womaniser in Eega. The movie deals with the story of a common man, who will be reborn as a fly to protect his love interest from the villain, and take revenge for his death.

It was directed by SS Rajamouli. Apart from Sudeep, Eega also features Nani, glamorous doll Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Hamsa Nandini, Devadarshini, Adithya and Crazy Mohan in the pivotal roles.
