Tsunami Kitty Wins Indian

Tsunami Kitty aka Pradeepa of the famous TV reality show Indian, has become the champion of the show. It is reported that Pradeepa has won the cash award of Rs 10 lakhs.

Tsunami Kitty, who is a vegetable vendor by profession is based out of Heggada Devana Kotte, a small town near Mysore city. The grand finale of the Indian is scheduled to broadcast this weekend, (Nov 17), in E TV Kannada channel, but the information about the winner of the show has been revealed by known sources.

Indian, which has the tag-line that reads 'Incredible Indiadallondu Impossible Journey' (Impossible jounery in Incredible India) had the contestants from every corner of Karnataka state. The 14 contestants participated in a 90 day task, which were held in seven different states of the country.

Tsunami Kitty is the second person from the tribal community to come to lime light, thanks to the TV reality show after Rajesh of Halli Hyda Pyateg Banda. It is reported that Kitty is the champion in Marshal arts, Sword fighting, Stick fighting and other desi arts. Indian was hosted by Akul Balaji, who became famous in the state with the famous Tv reality shows like Pyaate Hudageer Halli Lifeu, Halli Hyda Pyaateg Banda, Pyaate Mandi Kaadig Bandru and Mane Munde Mahalakshmi.

Tsunami Kitty Was Likely To Win

The audience were expecting Tsunami Kitty to be the champion. It is said that the elimination of Mahesh and Shimoga Pradeep helped Tsunami Kitty to be a champion.

Second Place For Vinod

Vinod, who is based out of Bangalore has represented Karnataka state in National level in Volley Ball matches. He is an ex-service man, and presently working in Indian Postal department.

Third Place For Prarthana

Prarthana has surprised the audience by winning third place in the show. She was successful in winning many tasks.


The tasks were held in Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
