Kishore Is Sandalwood's Karna

Critically acclaimed actor Kishore, who is basking in the success of Jatta is all set to play the role of Karna in the Sandalwood's forthcoming film. The untitled movie will see Kishore's role, which is influenced from Karna's character from Hindu religion's epic Mahabharatha. Jatta Movie Review

South actor Kishore will be working on the project after he completes Thundhaiklu Sahavasa, which is presently in production stage. Though there is a Sandalwood classic with the same title the makers are more likely to name the untitled movie as Karna, which suits the script. In 1986 Kannada movie Karna starring Sandalwood's matinee idol Sahasa Simha Vishnuvardhan was released. The movie, which was the musical-hit of the year was directed by Bhargava. Kannada Movie Karna

New movie Karna will be produced by G Ramachandran under his home banner GR Films. He had earlier produced the movies like Hendthira Darbar and Super Shastri. Kishore, who was last seen in Ulidavaru Kandanthe will be romancing Mangalore girl Hardika Shetty in Karna. Raviraj will be directing the film, which gives strong message to the society.
