Yesteryear Actress Sudharani A Part Of Sudeep's Maanikya

One will not easily forget Sudharani, who was a popular actress of Sandalwood during the 80's and 90's. She is not only popular in Sandalwood but also in other South film industries too. The actress, who was keeping away from the industry for quite sometime is once again back. This time she is not making a comeback as an actress but, as a dubbing artist.

Sudharani will be a part of Sudeep's upcoming directorial movie Maanikya, in which he plays the lead. Sudharani will be lending her voice for Ramya Krishnan in the film, who plays Sudeep's mother. Ramya is paired opposite Ravichandran in Maanikya.

It has been reported that Sudeep had made a request to Sudharani to lend her voice for Ramya Krishnan in Maanikya. Sudharani readily agreed to do it, claims reports. According to sources, reports claim that Sudharani is more likely to be back in the industry soon and this is just a beginning for the same.

Meanwhile, Sudeep starred Maanikya is getting released on May 1. It is the Kannada remake of Telugu hit movie Mirchi which had Prabhas, Sathyaraj, Nadhiya and Anushka Shetty in the lead roles. The rest of the cast in Maanikya include Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Sadhu Kokila, Shobraj, Ravishankar and others in key roles.
