Ambareesha Crosses 10 Crores In 3 Days!

Darshan's Ambareesha does not seem to be in the mood to stop breaking records anytime soon. With more than 250 theatres screening the movie in Karnataka alone, the movie got a great response from the first day itself and it has managed to carry forward the momentum during the weekends.

The movie managed to collect a staggering 10 crores in Box office collection in just 3 days. This is a record in the Kannada film industry. The movie was highly anticipated and fans had waited almost 3 months for the movie to be released. Crossing a 10 crore mark in Kannada film industry is considered as a bench mark. With this figures, Ambareesha has become the 9th movie this year to be declared as superhit.

The movie is now giving touch competition to Bahaddur and Power***, both of which are trying to get past the 100 day mark. While Bahaddur has completed 50 days, Power*** has completed 75 days and it closing in on the magical 100 day mark. However, nether of the two movie had manged to register such staggering figures in box office.

Darshan has established himself as the sultan of box office. Successive blockbuster hit in the past few years has put him on the highest pedestal in the film industry. The movie is still far off from crossing the collection of Maanikya and Kranthiveera Sangolli Rayanna. With 10 crores mark crosses, it will not be difficult for the movie to become the highest grosser of all times.
