Bigg Boss Kannada 2: Day 39 Highlights

After a day of chaos and heated arguments, the Bigg Boss Kannada 2 saw a day of reconciliation and peace. While some of the fights were staged, some were genuine and some had taken the shape of a cold war. Today was also the last day of Rohit's captaincy and a new house captain had to be elected.

Guruprasad tries to pacify everyone
After the fight that broke out last night, Guruprasad tried to intervene and broker peace between all the participants. Little did he know that Aadi, Srujan and Mayur were not actually fighting but only trying to fool him. Meanwhile Aadhi tried to broker a peace between Harshika and Srujan who weren't talking to each other.

Harshika tries to make peace
Harshika first approached Srujan and cleared all the difference she had with him. Later she also approached Anupama and Shwetha. She explained that she wasn't prejudiced against them and her intentions to nominate them was not out of jealousy.

Luxury budget task winners
Bigg Boss announced that group B was the winner of the Luxury Budget Task. Two members of the group B had to burst the balloons in the garden area by sitting on them and collect the chits inside the balloons. Using the items written inside the chits the group had to make their purchases.

Santhosh the new house captain
Bigg Boss asked both the groups to select two best performers in their respective groups. Accordingly, Santhosh, Deepika, Srujan and Shwetha were elected. Bigg Boss ordered the participants to elect the house captain among the these best performers. Shwetha was left out of the race as she has been nominated for elimination this week. After the secret voice vote, Santhosh was elected as the new house captain.
