Karthik
Gowda,
son
of
Union
minister
D
V
Sadananda
Gowda,
has
managed
to
get
an
anticipatory
bail
in
the
cheating
and
rape
case
filed
by
the
small
time
actress
Mythriya
Gowda.
The
lower
court
had
issued
a
non-bailable
warrant
against
Karthik
with
regard
to
the
rape
allegation
filed
by
the
actress.
However,
Karthik's
lawyer
approached
the
sessions
court
to
get
an
anticipatory
bail
order.
The
Judge
G
B
Mudigouder
asked
Karthik
to
produce
Rs
2
lakh
bond
along
with
two
sureties.
The
Judge
in
his
order
has
asked
Karthik
to
appear
before
the
RT
Nagar
police
station
every
15
days
and
to
co-operate
with
the
investigation.
The
Judge
also
took
into
cognizance
about
the
confusion
over
the
complaint
filed
by
the
actress.
In
her
complaint
Mythriya
claimed
Karthik
to
be
her
husband
and
also
accuses
him
of
rape.
The
Judge
also
said
that
the
actress
filing
a
complaint
2
months
after
the
alleged
rape
is
adding
to
the
confusion.
The
actress
however
is
not
fazed
by
the
development.
They
will
be
complaining
in
the
High
Court
on
Wednesday
against
the
order
of
the
sessions
court.
The
actress
is
very
confident
of
getting
justice
in
the
case.
