Being a maverick filmmaker of Sandalwood, Kiccha has a piece of advice for young talent Rakshith Shetty for his movie Ulidavaru Kandanthe. It is said that Sudeep had asked Rakshith to lend him a copy of the movie, which he watched in his home theatre. As the actor was busy with the release of his movie Maanikya, he was not able to watch Ulidavaru Kandanthe.
After watching the movie, Sudeep messaged Rakshith in the wee hours of Fridat and gave his feedback on the movie. "Wats distracting is, just when u r takin us into th story...pufffff...n we start again. Tellin th story in different perspectives surely justifies th title, but keeps cutting us frm th plot n finally leaves us wondering wats exactly th storyline..As a viewer, I wanna go into th story soon n a small hindrance can be very distracting. Dinesh Mangalore's character remains undefined...n so is the wooden block," texts Kiccha to Rakshith. As his verdict Kiccha said, "Cheers to a director ,who's not only a gud actor himself,,but also a visionary..cheers mate." Ulidavaru Kandanthe Movie Review.
