screen
this
week,
May

across
the
state.
The
movie
is
also
set
to
clash
with
two
big
movies
of
Tamil
and
Telugu
-
Superstar
Rajinikanth
starrer
Kochadaiyaan
and
Tollywood
Star
family
Akkineni
family's
Manam
respectively.
However
Rocking
Star
Yash,
who
plays
the
lead
role
in
Gajakesari
says
that
his
film
is
not
having
any
threat
from
the
big
movies
of
other
language,
but
it
will
be
well
received
by
audience.
Amidst
his
busy
shooting
schedule
with
his
forthcoming
movie
Mr
And
Mrs
Ramachari,
Yash
made
himself
free
and
spoke
to
Oneindia
about
his
upcoming
release
Gajakesari.
The
actor
is
paired
opposite
Golden
Queen
Amoolya
in
the
film,
which
features
him
in
two
different
avatars.
Gajakesari
is
the
first
combination
of
Yash
and
Amoolya,
which
is
being
produced
by
Jayanna
and
Bhogendra.
It
is
the
directorial
debut
of
cinematographer
Krishna,
who
had
handled
camera
for
Yash's
earlier
movies

Lucky,
Jaanu
and
Drama.

working
with
Krishna

Kitanna,
Yash
said,
"It
was
not
new
to
me
since
me
and
Kitanna
had
worked
in
many
movies

I
am
sure
he
will
be
the
maverick
filmmaker
in

What
Is
The
Story
Plot
Of
Gajakesari?
Yash:
I
don't
want
reveal
anything
about
the
plot
right
now.
Let
the
suspense
remain
the
same
till
the
movie
gets
released.
I
am
sure
the
audience
will
love
it.
Is
There
Any
Threat
From
The
Two
Big
Movies
Of
Other
Languages?
Yash:
Yes
the
movie
is
clashing,
but
there
is
no
threat
from
either
the
movies.
We
have
a
set
of
audience
in
Kannada,
who
are
awaiting
the
release
of
the
film
since
many
days.
Blessed
By
Kannadigas
Yash:
More
than
competition,
I
am
very
confident
on
my
product.
I
am
blessed
by
Kannadigas
without
which
it
was
not
possible
for
me
to
come
up
with
a
movie
like
Gajakesari.
How
Was
Your
Experience
Working
With
Amoolya?
Yash:
Amoolya
is
such
an
actress,
who
gets
into
the
skin
of
the
character.
It
was
nice
working
with
an
actress,
who
have
also
delivered
few
hits
in
Kannada
film
industry.
What
About
The
Hair
Style?
Yash:
To
be
frank
that
was
the
tough
task
for
me.
It
was
very
hard
to
maintain
that
hair
style.
It
was
designed
by
a
man
called
Alex,
who
is
from
Hyderabad.
One
Day
Work
Yash:
Sporting
that
hair
style
was
not
an
easy
job
for
me.
Nearly
it
took
one
day
for
them
to
design
the
hair
style.
Does
The
Under
Water
Scene
Was
Demanded
By
The
Script?
Yash:
I
don't
want
to
reveal
about
that
and
it
is
not
unnecessary
used.
It
will
be
one
of
the
attraction
of
Gajakesari.
What
Role
Does
The
Elephant
Arjuna
Have?
Yash:
Elephant
Arjuna
plays
an
important
role
in
my
film.
I
don't
want
to
reveal
anything
about
his
role
too.
Let's
audience
enjoy
his
role
on-screen.
Last
But
Not
Least
Yash:
Audience
have
never
rejected
the
good
films
in
Kannada.
Like
my
earlier
films
audience
will
be
bowled
over
by
Gajakesari
too.
