Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2 has come to an end. The Grand Finale is being aired on Suvarna TV. Here is the live update of Bigg Boss season 2 finale.
Show host Sudeep made a grand entrance to the Bigg Boss stage. Sudeep invites all the contestants of the Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2, who were eliminated over the course of thirteen weeks. Almost all the previous contestants come on the stage. A few like Guruprasad and Shakila are missing from the finale.
Sudeep wakes up the four finalists. While they dance and get ready, the guest take the seat on the stage. Once the finalists are ready, they come to the living area. Sudeep appeared on the screen in the living area of the Bigg Boss house and greets everyone. The finalists get a glimpse of all their former house mates. The former contestants greet the finalists and wish them for the finals.
Sudeep unveiled the trophy to be awarded to the winner of Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2 winner. He also showed the winner's prize money. The winner will also get a apartment worth 50 lakh. This takes the prize money for the winner to 1 crore.
Anitha Bhat performed on stage. Sudeep reminds her about a statement she made during the starting of Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2. She claimed that even till today boys will line up if she walk down a street. Sudeep sent a bunch of guys to walk behind the actress.
Sudeep declared that there will be some fun consolation awards. The first one is Othla award, awarded to the laziest and the most sleepy person in the house. Mayur Patel won the award, beating Srujan and Rohit. Mayur Patel was given a mattress as an award! The second award was Dishum Dishum award. Neetu won the award beating Akul and Aadhi. Sudeep awarded Neetu with a first aid box.
Sudeep gave all the finalists a chance to see family on the screen. The close family of all the four finalists are attending the grand finale. Akul broke down to tears when he saw his mother on the screen. Sudeep then showed a video compilation of the most funny scenes from the Season 2 of Bigg Boss Kannada 2. The audience and the finalists split into laughter on watching the video.
Aadhi and Neetu danced to a very romantic song. Aadhi and Neetu had earlier performed inside the house as a part of a dare. Sudeep dared Aadhi to lift Neetu. After Aadhi managed to complete the dare, Sudeep moved on to the next award. Layendra Kokila won the Bigg Boss Bakra award. In the first week, Srujan had fooled Laya about the procedure of claiming luxury budget award.
Shwetha Chengappa becomes the first finalists to be eliminated from the winners race. Sudeep gives her 5 minutes to leave the house and join him on stage. Shwetha ask the remaining finalists to join her in one final dance. She is greeted by the former contestants and Sudeep on the stage. Shwetha describes her time inside the house as exhausting and yet very enriching. Shwetha watched a compilation of video clipping of her stay inside the house.
Santhosh gave a grand performance on the stage. After his performance, Sudeep congratulated him on becoming the host of the Pyaate Hudugi Halli Lifeu season 3. The show will start on Octorber 6th and will be aired on Suvarna TV. Sudeep announced the next fun award called Tapanguchchi award. Anupama Bhat defeated Akul and Shwetha to win the award with her dancing skills inside the house.
Mayur Patel is the next person to perform on stage. With the completion of Mayur's dance, Sudeep announced the next award. Titled as Puncture award, it was awarded to the contestant who had the sharpest tongue. Srujan won the award defeating Guruprasad and Deepika. The audience and the finalists were shown a video compilation of all the luxury budget task performed in the Bigg Boss home.
Anupama Bhat gave her performance. Sudeep also danced with Anupama on stage. Sudeep gave a bitter dose to the former contestants and the finalists. A video compilation of the worst fights inside the house was shown to everyone. Sudeep stressed on how anger ruins everyone. Sudeep moved on to elimination. Deepika Kamaiah became the next finalist to be eliminated. Now it is the fight between Srujan and Akul.
Deepika comes on stage. She speaks about her experience inside the Bigg Boss house. After Deepika's exit, Rohit gave a glamorous performance on the stage. After the performance, Sudeep announces the next award called Sundaraangi award. Shwetha beats Deepika and Harshika to win the award.
Sudeep getting a dose of his own medicine. Bigg Boss requested him to sit on the mirchi kurchi chair. Sudeep's wife Priya, has come on stage and quzzing him. Sudeep also got to see an video compilation of his funny moments and his hosting style on the Bigg Boss Kannada. Sudeep's wife Priya thanks Bigg Boss for giving her an opportunity to be on the stage with her husband for the first time.
Sudeep goes inside the house via Confession room. Sudeep shares his experience of hosting the show with Bigg Boss. He meets the two finalists Akul and Srujan. He spends a few minutes with them inside the house and leaves the house along with the two contestants.
Akul and Srujan come on the stage along with Sudeep. Sudeep shows Akul a video compilation of his stay inside the house. Akul expressed his feelings and experience of staying inside the house. He apologized to his wife and son for not being there with them always. Srujan is also shown a video compilation of his stay inside the house. Srujan says that his stay inside the house has removed the mask that he wore before going inside the house.
And the winner is AKUL BALAJI! A deserving winner of the Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2. Hard luck for Srujan Lokesh, who also performed very well in the past three months.
