National Award Movie December 1 To Release On April 25

National Award winning Kannada film December 1 is all set to release on April 25, 2014. The release date has been confirmed by none other than director P Sheshadri, who is also the director of the film.

"Namaste, Thanks to your wishes. December 1 will be released on April 25th. Pls watch it and spread this word," tweeted the director recently. It is said that the makers are eagerly waiting to see the audience response for the film, which has also lent best screenplay award for critically acclaimed director P Sheshadri. December 1 deals with the story of Chief Minister's visit to a small village and his overnight stay in a small family, where the members leads their life with their own small pleasures and distant dreams. It was produced by Basanth Kumat Patil and features Niveditha and Santosh Uppina in the lead roles. Kannada's ace music composer V Manohar has scored the music for the film.

Whereas it is not the first National Award for the director, who has also won many National honours for his earlier movies like Munnudi, Beru, Athithi, Bharath Stores and others. The movie is said to be the biggest feast for the art movie lovers in Kannada.
