Puneet Rajkumar Skips Power*** Promotion

Power Star Puneet Rajkumar will not be present to promote his latest movie Power*** when it releases on Thursday, 28th August. The film has created lot of hype and is easily the most anticipated movie in Sandalwood this year. All the responsibility of movie promotion is now on the lead actress Trisha.

The movie was supposed to be released a week earlier, but due to the problem in the regional censor board, the movie did not get censor clearance in time for the release. Puneet, however had already committed himself for another event.

The actor is now in US to participate in the AKKA event in San Jose, California. Association of Kannada Kootas of America is an organization that bring together all the Kannadigas settled in US. Puneet Rajkumar had already committed to attend the annual conference conducted by AKKA.

The conference will celebrate films, culture and entertainment of Karnataka. Several dignitaries and state ministers will be attending the conference. From Sandalwood, Ramya is expected to attend the conference along with Puneet.

Due to Puneet's unavailability, Trisha will promote the movie. Actress Neethu Chandra, who has performed an item number in the movie, will also be present for the promotion. The movie will be released in 250 screens across the state on 28th August.
