After Ramya, Ragini Dwivedi To Enter Politics!

Seems like all the political parties are trying to foray Sandalwood actresses to make them contest in upcoming elections. After Congress party roping in Sandalwood queen Ramya for recent election, now its Ragini Dwivedi, who has got invites from three different political parties to contest in upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

It is said that Ragini Dwivedi has become nationally known with her item dance in Bollywood movie R... Rajkumar. The movie, which was directed by Prabhu Deva had Shahid Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha and Sonu Sood in the pivotal roles. The actress showed her dance moves for the number 'Kaddu katega' along with Scarlet Wilson.

Ragini has also confirmed that she has got offers from many political parties. She said, "I got offers from three parties. But I am undecided on contesting. I may however attend some party events. As of now, I am too busy with the films I am working in different languages."

Ragini made her Kollywood debut with Nimirndhu Nil, which was directed by Samuthirakani. She shared screen with Jayam Ravi, Amala Paul, Sarath Kumar and others in the film. In Kannada, Ragini is awaiting the release of Ragini IPS, and on the other hand she is busy shooting for Om 2 starring Upendra.
