Rapid Rashmi To Romance Ganesh's Brother Mahesh In Namakharam!

RJ Rashmi aka Rapid Rashmi of Kannada's Big 92.7 FM was seen in many Kannada movies earlier. The RJ, who has done cameo role in few movies is now all set to play the female lead in Sandalwood's forthcoming movie Namakharam. The flick, which has Golden Star Ganesh's younger brother Mahesh in the lead role is directed by Nagaraj Peenya. Namakharam Movie Launch Photos.

Talking about the female lead of his movie Namakharam, director Nagaraj had earlier said, "My film heroine is well known to Kannadigas and many Bangaloreans. She was also seen in many Kannada movies earlier. But she has not acted as a heroine till now."

However, the actress playing the female lead in Namakharam continued to be a mystery from past few days. But now the sources from Gandhinagara has cleared that RJ Rashmi will be seen in the female lead of the movie, which marks the on-screen debut of Mahesh.

On the other director Nagaraj, who has almost confirmed the news said that everything will be finalised by Monday. "I will not deny the fact. The information, which you have got is true. RJ Rapid Rashmi has been approached to play the female lead in the movie, which will be finalised by Monday," says director, who has recently completed the audio songs recording of Namakharam.
